The Power of Your Testimony

Testimony’s in itself have a way of helping other cope and understand different things. They ultimately help rather than hurt. “Sharing your testimony helps you heal and bring us closer together.” Because we are connected in some way shape or form, sharing a testimony works to help with your personal recovery from whatever you are going through or have gone through in the past. You are able to do so by sharing your “experience, strength and hope.“ It helps to talk about it and also share advice and things you’ve learned to overcome obstacles in your life.

We encourage more testimony’s as an emotional release of stress. According to Elder Richard G. Scott, “ A powerful testimony is grounded in the personal assurance that the Holy Ghost can guide and inspire our daily acts for good. A testimony is fortified by spiritual impressions that confirm the validity of a teaching, of a righteous act, or of a warning of pending danger.“ As a result, “Your personal security and happiness depend upon the strength of your testimony, for it will guide your actions in times of trial or uncertainty.” Share your testimony with us.
